BR Truck Simulator Indonesia Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

BR Truck Simulator Indonesia (the “Game”) is developed and published by Mongga Dreams. This Privacy Policy applies to supported mobile versions of the Game and describes information that may be processed through the Game and the third-party services integrated into it.

The Game does not require a player account or login, and it does not include an in-game form for players to submit a name, email address, profile, or other account information.

2. Information processed when you use the Game

Mongga Dreams does not ask you to create an account or directly submit personal information inside the Game. However, certain technical information may be processed automatically by the third-party services used to operate, analyze, improve, and monetize the Game.

Analytics

The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Depending on the platform, device settings, consent choices, and Firebase configuration, Google may process technical and usage information such as app interactions, device and app information, installation identifiers, approximate network-derived information, and related analytics events. This information helps us understand how the Game is used and improve stability, features, and gameplay.

Crash diagnostics

The Game uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the Game crashes or encounters certain technical errors, Crashlytics may process diagnostic information such as crash logs, stack traces, app version, device model, operating-system information, session or installation identifiers, and other technical information needed to diagnose the problem.

Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may process information needed to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads. Depending on the user's device, region, consent choices, and platform settings, this may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general device information, and information about ad interactions.

Advertising behavior may vary based on applicable law, consent requirements, age-related settings, and privacy controls provided by Google, Android, iOS, or the device.

Push notifications

The Game uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications on supported platforms. Notification delivery requires technical identifiers such as an app installation identifier and/or notification delivery token so that messages can be routed to the correct app installation. You can disable notifications through your device settings.

Internet connection

The Game uses an internet connection for services including advertising, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and other online functionality. Standard network information, such as IP address and connection metadata, may therefore be processed by the relevant service providers as part of providing those services.

3. Photo Mode and media access

BR Truck Simulator Indonesia includes a Photo Mode. On platforms where the operating system requires permission to save a Photo Mode image to the device's photo or media library, that access is used to save the image requested by the player.

Mongga Dreams does not use Photo Mode for the purpose of browsing, importing, analyzing, or uploading your existing personal photo library.

4. Device permissions

The Game may request only the device permissions needed for supported game features, such as notification delivery or saving a Photo Mode image where the operating system requires permission. Permissions can generally be reviewed or changed through your device settings.

The third-party services described in this policy do not require Mongga Dreams to operate a player-account system.

5. Why this information is used

Information processed through the services described above is used for purposes such as:

• providing and operating Game functionality;
• understanding general usage and gameplay behavior;
• diagnosing crashes and technical problems;
• improving performance, reliability, and features;
• delivering push notifications;
• displaying and measuring advertisements; and
• protecting the Game and related services from abuse or technical misuse.

6. Third-party services

The Game currently uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — advertising;
• Google Analytics for Firebase — analytics;
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and diagnostics;
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery; and
• Google Play Services — Android platform services where applicable.

These services are provided by Google and may process data under Google's own terms and privacy policies. Their data practices, retention periods, security measures, and international processing locations are controlled by Google and may change over time.

7. Data sharing

Technical and usage information may be transmitted to Google when required for the AdMob and Firebase services described in this policy to function. Mongga Dreams does not operate a player-account database for BR Truck Simulator Indonesia and does not receive player registration information because the Game does not have an account or login system.

Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Mongga Dreams, or the security of the Game.

8. Data retention

Mongga Dreams does not maintain player profiles or account records for the Game. Information processed by Google services is retained according to the settings, functionality, and retention practices of the applicable Google service. Service-specific retention information is available in Google's Firebase and privacy documentation.

If you contact Mongga Dreams directly by email, the contents of that communication may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to use established platform and service-provider security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party services used by the Game maintain their own security measures. Google documents security and privacy practices for Firebase services in its Firebase privacy and security documentation.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may have privacy choices or rights relating to information processed when you use the Game. These may include the ability to:

• disable push notifications through device settings;
• manage advertising and privacy choices made available by your device, operating system, Google, or an in-app consent interface where applicable;
• withdraw media or Photos permissions through device settings where applicable; and
• contact Mongga Dreams with a privacy-related request or question.

Because the Game does not use player accounts, Mongga Dreams may not be able to identify or retrieve information relating to a specific player unless sufficient information is available to reasonably associate a request with records held by Mongga Dreams.

11. Children's privacy

BR Truck Simulator Indonesia is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. The Game does not provide an account-registration system or ask players to submit personal information through an in-game profile or form.

If we become aware that personal information has been provided directly to Mongga Dreams by a child in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information on infrastructure located in multiple countries. As a result, technical information processed through AdMob or Firebase may be transferred to or processed in countries other than the country in which you live, subject to the safeguards and terms provided by the relevant service provider and applicable law.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its third-party services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices change. The latest version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made.
